Auction Services and Fees

• Internet Bidding Fee -- None.

• Loading Fee -- None.  All vehicles will be brought to the buyer parking lot by our loaders. No buyer vehicles inside the auction gate.

• Gate Fee -- None.

• Registration Fee -- $50.00 per agent per year.

  

• Visitor Passes -- $10.00 per day and must be approved by a registered agent who must be present.

• Returned Check Fee -- $25.00 Fee plus $25.00 per unit per week fee will be charged until payment is received. Out of state checks or in state checks received from buyers that we have not had at least one year good experience with will require us to hold the titles for 2 weeks until the check clears the bank.

• Late Payment Fee -- $25.00 per unit per week fee will be charged if not paid for within 5 business days after the sale.

• Late Pickup Fee -- $5.00 per unit per day storage fee will be charged if not removed within 5 business days after the sale.

• Dealer Car Sale Fee -- $100.00 per unit per sale whether it sells or not. You can place a minimum bid on the unit. The vehicle and the title must be here by 4:00 PM the day of the sale.
