Auction Terms and Conditions

• We group all RV's, boats, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and all other non-traditional items into the first sale of the month at each location.

• Vehicles are available for inspection during normal business hours on the day of the sale and one day prior.

• Company checks are only accepted if your business is registered with ASA under a dealer license with an approved bank letter on file. If payment by company check has not been approved and you would like to pay by company check, ASA will hold the titles for 10 business days. Personal checks are not accepted.

• A valid Auto Salvage Auctions Inc ID badge must be presented to enter the auction area. A valid Michigan Salvage Vehicle Agent License ID must be presented to enter the salvage and scrap titled vehicle sale. They must be visible during the sale.

• All vehicles must be paid before leaving our property. The driver picking up the vehicle must have the claim ticket or copy of the bill of sale for the vehicle to be released.

• No work may be performed on any vehicle inside the auction yard. Work may be done once ASA has moved the vehicle outside the gate, and is undertaken at buyer's own risk. ASA assumes no liability for damage or injury arising from buyer activity. NO DRIVE SHAFT REMOVAL ALLOWED.

• Registered businesses are required to guarantee payment for any purchases made by the owner and all agents. All previous purchases must be paid in full or the business and any of its agents will not be allowed to participate in the future sales.

• All vehicles will be brought to the buyer parking lot by our loaders. No vehicles are to be driven out and no buyer vehicles inside the sale gate.

• Although we make every effort to provide accurate information, we must rely on others for the data provided, therefore, we cannot, and do not, guarantee that information provided as to mileage, make, model, year, condition, title status, or history to be accurate and/or correct.

• Auto Salvage Auctions Inc is not responsible for typographical errors or accuracy of odometer statements. Exempt mileage and scrap title mileage on the sale list is for informational purposes only. Mileage will not appear on scrap titles. Titles where the mileage is "EXEMPT" will be listed on the back of the title as "EXEMPT".

• Auto Salvage Auctions Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen items from vehicles purchased. ASA is not responsible for any change in the vehicle condition after the sale of the item. Vehicles left on ASA premises after the sale are left solely at the buyer's risk. Anyone caught locking vehicles, stealing items off vehicles, or damaging vehicles, will be banned from future sales. There will be no exceptions.

• To avoid lost or destroyed titles we only mail titles when specifically requested to do so, but at the buyers risk. We will mail titles via UPS or FedEx at the buyer's expense, if provided a UPS or FedEx Account Number.

• All vehicles sold are distressed vehicles and the buyer accepts the vehicle "AS-IS/WHERE-IS" in its present condition, with no warranty or guarantee implied or actual on any unit sold. Please inspect before purchasing.

• Auto Salvage Auctions Inc reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with bidders at its discretion. ASA further reserves the right to cancel or reschedule auctions at its discretion, and may add or remove vehicles from the sale at any time.

• Future changes in auction rules may be distributed in written form or announced at the sale. Both forms of notification are considered equally binding in nature.
